What was the highlight of Plaza Hotel
I recommend it and I'd be back when I got the chance.
I really like Plaza Hotel, the staff was lovely, I was very well greeted, it is a lovely place close to tube, buses, overground,etc., very good transpor facilities. The bedroom was a very good single size, with nice bathroom and a nice bed. There was a kettle, coffee, sugar, milk and a fridge. At plaza Hotel, I was made feel like home. Thank you.
Perhaps it could do with a good dust in the radiators, the fan and the tables.

What was the highlight of Plaza Hotel
You probably get what you pay for?
Location was great. I was able to walk to Notting Hill and had no trouble locating metro/underground stops in the vicinity. Space was as expected. Was nice to have a mini fridge to store food and water.
Shower had several hairs stuck to the walls which is bothersome since the shower was also tiny. It was impossible not to come in contact with walls so cleanliness should have been prioritized. Carpet also appeared dirty, especially unclean in crevices near furniture. Instructions for leaving keys in the door upon checkout concerned me. They should have a drop box as I didn't want to be responsible if someone entered the room after I left.

What was the highlight of Plaza Hotel
Very Good
Very well situated. Within 10 minutes leisurely walk to Shepherd's Bush, if that. About 10-15 to Hammersmith station. The beds were quite comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room also had basic amenities like an electric kettle and such, which was appreciated.
Bathroom was a bit dirty and the drain seemed a little faulty. If you took a longer shower, the floor would be drenched. Still, it wasn't a big deal. Just something that could be improved.
